Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are secured with specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

If tracking information has not appeared, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team and include your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after an order is placed.

• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting every order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
